Price List - Lens Savers® Mounts for Mitsubishi LXP Systems with 2.0 Lens diameter

These lens mount adapters are designed to fit inside of the OEM lens mount in Mitsubishi LXP model laser cutting systems which employ 2.0" diameter lenses. The lens mount adapters can be used for 5" or 7.5" focal lengths.

The adapter enables users of Mitsubishi LXP cutting systems to use Lens Savers® windows under high pressure. The components of the adapter fits inside of the Mitsubishi LXP OEM lens mount.

The adapter provides a cavity for the Lens Savers® window to be mounted inside of the Mitsubishi OEM lens mount. The adapter also allows the assist gas pressure to pass into a cavity between the Lens Saver® window and the focusing lens, which results in the pressure on both sides of the window being equalized. The assist gas passes through holes drilled around the perimeter of the lens mount adapter. The focusing lens is positioned above the adapter. ICL's patent pending pressure equalization method prevents the Lens Savers® windows from breaking by providing an environment in which the pressure on both sides of the windows is equalized.
